Iryna has joined my Customer Success team, while transitioning from legal to the IT world. Even though she didn’t have a tech background at that time, I could sense that she would be a great match for this role. She impressed me with her tenaciousness and her tireless efforts to tackle the new field of knowledge and continuously improve our processes to better serve our customers. Just in a few months, Iryna became a product expert and a great advisor for our customers. She understands the needs of her customers well and knows how to leverage teams internally to perform at a very high level. She has proven to have energy and drive to cover and expand accounts over a large geography. Iryna has impressed me with her enthusiasm and readiness to take on responsibility for new projects. She was instrumental in developing customer playbooks for onboarding and increasing adoption. Iryna is very skilled at recognizing and solving business problems. Over time Iryna has won over some challenging customers with her perseverance and personality. She does this while maintaining a smile and representing Fluix in the most professional manner. She will not shy away from difficult situations and tough conversations. Being truly the voice of the customer within the organization, she has initiated a number of product improvements which helped Fluix to increase adoption and provide more value to the customers. Her customer skills are among the best I’ve seen. She consistently goes above and beyond to come up with better ways to ensure customer happiness. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her for any company looking to do the same.
