  The flight attendant is a member of the airlines staff who has the most contact with the pablic.They must be able to communicate with passenger with great professionalism,politeness and respectfulness. During the entire flight we must ensure in-flight safety and visually control the aircraft outboard conditions,such as smoke or fire nearby engines.the Our duty is to give the passengers some instractions(when they are on board)such as: fasten their safety belts; not smoke during the take-off and landing; how to use the ventilating system, call buttons,the reading light and many other things. We serve the passengers food and drinks and we would de able to help the passenger if he is airsick.Of course,we must be familiar enough with the construction of the aircraft,interiorlayout and emergency equipment in order to calm and help passengers in case of any tecnical problems on board during the flight.
