Precise, hard-working, dedicated. When I think of these words, Iryna automatically comes up because of the detail and passion she puts into the work she does. Iryna presents a unique blend of energy, drive and professionalism in her approach. She has the ability to delve into complex structures, identify key needs and competencies as well as devise "out the box" strategies to solve key challenges relating to her projects. As an HR Intern, she not only revolutionized our Employee Book; she made it interactive by bringing bold ideas and improvising. She also helped with the recruitment process by actively participating and giving her feedback. Moreover, she was able to build solid, lasting relationships with candidates of all seniority. I would recommend Iryna for any company interested in someone who will go the extra mile to make sure things are perfect and all employees are happy. It was a pleasure working with Ms. Bondaruk. Working with Iryna was a rare opportunity to come across, a self-driven environmentalist with Hospitality Teamwork spirit.
