Irwin is one of the best consultants I have had the pleasure to work with. He is focused on delivering results and at the same time getting the best out of his customers. He is a great person to have with you in a sales situation and can be relied upon to deliver results time after time.

Irwin initially worked with me on a consultative basis to enable us to work effectively within an offshore development model. However, it quickly became clear that he could bring a substantial amount more expertise and leadership to the table and so he was hired to design, develop and implement full engineering software development lifecycle processes and to manage the change associated with this, across the engineering community. Irwin brought a huge amount of knowledge and understanding to the table on all counts and was an integral member of the team responsible for turning around the engineering area of the business into a significantly more streamlined and efficient organisation. Irwin is an asset to any team and I would not hesitate in recommending him for any work associated with process re-engineering and/or quality management initiatives.

OpenSynergy is a specialist for embedded automotive software using Android- and Linux-based telematics and infotainment systems. We are the heart of the internet of moving things. I am charged with the development and operation of quality throughout the organisation with a focus on Safety, Security and compliance while balancing risk and business value. This raises the challenge of being both Agile while retaining compliance to standards such as ISO9001, Automotive SPICE and ISO26262 since many of our products require to be functionally safe and demonstrably robust for use in series production. This leadership role encompasses the development toolchain, test automation and safe and secure development process. Show less
