  Ensure the multiple and linked spreadsheets in which in House Connection and other progress is reported each month to the Client function accurately, enable rapid and meaningful consolidation of data and are attractively formatted. Work with the PAO’s Baselining and Verification (B&V) Manager and Technical Coordinator to ensure efficient planning and implementation of surveys. Ensure the spreadsheet files used to collect and process B&V survey data function correctly for each survey and the subsequent cleaning of data in completed swiftly and without error. Monitor and ensure all equipment used for B&V surveys is operating accurately and is controlled. Supervise the Data Entry Operators/Quality Controllers and direct field teams in data entry and processing matters; identify and correct systemic sources of error. Work with other PAO team members and LGs as required to clean, store, analyse and report other socio-economic data, water quality surveys results, institutional baseline, social marketing and gender data already held and being collected by the PAO. Research and contribute to discussions and make proposals on how electronic data can be used within the Indonesian government (local and central) to further PAO and sAIIG objectives.
