  Sulliman Attorneys is a boutique legal practice, primarily focused on Commercial and Corporate Law Transactions. Brandmed has developed 4IR Medical Technology Solutions, which solutions allow for the screening, diagnosis, risk stratification, care co-ordination, and clinical decision support in respect of the treatment of patients on a single digital platform. For purposes of clarity, I hold both positions in my respective capacities concurrently and I am a member of the management team at Brandmed. I compiled the legal framework for a start-up Medical Technology Company, including advising on the corporate structure and various business divisions within the Group. I drafted all internal policies and procedures. all external legal agreements including but not limited to Software License Agreement, Distribution Agreements, Subscription Agreements, Shareholders Agreements and related Company Secretary Documents. Cipla Pharmaceuticals South Africa, a subsidiary of Cipla India (listed on the National Stock Exchange of India) acquired shares in Brandmed in 2019 and is currently the second largest shareholder in Brandmed. I currently serve as the Head of Legal and Head of Human Resources to the Company. I have been providing my services to this company from the date of its inception and have gained valuable knowledge related to medical technology and the wider technology aspects of the business.   General Legal Advice: Provided legal advice to a company with a diversified investment portfolio; Despite being employed as a legal advisor my roles and responsibilities extended to management of the various holding and subsidiary companies. The company portfolio included investments in the following sectors: Property – Commercial and Residential; Mining - Chrome and Platinum; Exotic Vehicles; Private Security.
