1、HR organization planning -Be responsible for HR planning, headcount review and forecast, KPI,all kinds of HR budgeting planning, all relevant HR reports preparing. 2、Recruitment and Employment --Be responsible for recruiting talent process for all level of positions. -Monitor the whole on boarding process and adjust if necessary. -Vendor management and maintain relationship with external consultant and partners. 3、C&B and Performance Management -Establish annual budget plan; analysis of manpower, training and recruiting cost. -Establish annual performance review and targets setting process with all department leader. -Establish and execute group total rewards program and improve the procedures. -Compiles monthly payroll, IIT; handling annual bonus scheme execution and communication. 4、Training and Development -Be responsible for new staff orientation program. -Annual training needs analysis and training courses/plan proposal. -Support annual regional training implementation. -Coordinate and organize some topics in local Business Training Workshops. -Monitor after-training responds, results, and improve the training plan. 5、Employee Relations -Provide consultancy & solutions to business leaders regarding HR policies, labor law. -Resolve personnel issues & labor disputes by working with business leaders. 6、Other HR Projects -Initiate the internship program. -Facilitating Employee Engagement Survey (EES) and follow up Result TO Actions Program. 7、Administrative affairs -Plan and control all administration and office expenses budget ,make cost appointment, review all expenses paid out for Admin. -Be responsible for the fixed assets management. -To manage the contract of the administration related business, to filter the supplier, draft and verify the contract. -Develop, implement and monitor the relevant regulations and improve working process -Be responsible for organizing the import activities (Annual dinner/Outing/CSR etc.) Show less
