Incredibly self-motivated and hard-working, Iris is most likely the best asset someone could ever hire. Her work ethic is outstanding and her focus makes her see clearly where she wants to go and how to get there. On a hard skill level, she has been a mentor to me from the moment we met, and even though we are not working together anymore, I know I can still rely on her for feedback and some tips. On a soft skill level, she's respectful, tactful, kind, and friendly, she's always up to help, and she can also be a fantastic leader, capable of taking decisions and attentive to the team's needs.
