In order to learn new things we must take chances and risks. Moving forward from a Front End Manager's position to a Customer Service Representative opened a doorway into a new environment, gaining knowledge on a new group of team members, and a new routine of work. Skills such as handling larger amounts of money, as well as different types of tenders have been attained. Learning how to handle difficult situations with different kinds of customers has increased my ability to speak to someone who might not have the same view or concept as me, yet still reason out a solution where both parties could benefit, thus resulting in a happy customer!

Front End Supervisor

My responsibilities include running the time card of all the cashiers, assigning them registers, giving them breaks on time and getting them off the register at the time that they were scheduled to go home. My responsibilities also include counting tills, giving change out to the cashiers and assisting them in any way they may need. I'm responsible for managing the lines of customers waiting to be rung up, as well as helping the customer in any way they may need. To finalize, I work with a great team of other front-end managers in order to make sure these responsibilities are fulfilled.
