Irina and I worked on the same team in Dominion voting since I joined in 2017. I have learned so much from her technical and thorough approach to testing software at our labs in our office and on the road. We have conducted training for several clients throughout the years and her knowledge and ability to communicate effectively while teaching our products was always above and beyond expectations. Irina is very hard working as first one in and last one out and leading by example. Irina left any stone unturned, especially in testing. It was a honor to work with her and I hope to again sometime in the future!

Irina was my direct report for 4 years and was a tremendous asset throughout my time working with her. Irina was in QA when she joined the company. While I was in Operations, we borrowed Irina from QA to help with a major implementation. I noticed she was extremely driven, hard working, and technically savvy. Her attention to detail was second to none. Given her QA background, her test cases were thorough and detailed, and she would identify issues from an end user perspective. I knew I wanted her on my team, so I set the wheels in motion to get her transferred over from QA to be the Northern Operations’ lead Software Implementation Specialist and lead tester. She set up and configured Windows 10 systems for over 100 customers with zero errors. I could always trust that if Irina did it, it would be correct. The company had exponential growth since she joined, and she always demonstrated the ability to adapt and learn other tasks well beyond the scope of her role. For example, Irina was able to install and configure complex systems involving transmission and networking in a clustered environment, a multifaceted configuration that few can do successfully. She then documented all the steps required for a successful installation. Her documents were always thorough and got praise from customers and colleagues alike. What I will miss most about Irina is her bright personality and her ability to build relationships with colleagues in every department. She is truly a team player and would be an asset to any organization.
