  Worked on a project of supporting the budgeting system of Telecom sector client based on IBM Cognos TM1. Most of the project time I spent in the customer office. By that I have learned how to gather requirements, develop them in the system and also how to rank and schedule a huge number of incoming tasks. Moreover, I worked with bug tracking system Redmine where users from different territorial branches were able to write their questions and requirements. Every day I encountered difficulties and quickly solve problems coming from users (there were about 100 active users). In the budgeting system I have modified the budget adjustment unit and created application for branch managers of the customer. After all modifications in the system I have also prepared user instructions and held webinars for users. Show less
