My internship involved closely working with HR department to plan, execute and manage the Compensation and Benefits-related tasks. During the 15 weeks period, I was assigned to plan and launch two important projects, which were, LSA (Long Service Award) and Healthletics (Annual Medical and Health & Wellness program). My work included proactive planning, branding, coordination and execution of the strategies and operations for the aforementioned projects in HQ, regional offices & plant site. Furthermore, my experience as an HR internee got enriched as my work responsibilities were extended into other compensation and benefits related activities like working on paperwork of car earn out and Loan (PF & House Advance) documents; tax inputs of employees; Coordinating among employees and insurance agencies matters regarding medical claims; enrolling & assisting in Parent Medical 2016 Insurance; and employee photography for LSA & their announcement on EFL-ALL. The 360 degree working experience as HR internee helped me develop a profound and comprehensive understanding of the work dynamics within the HR department of market leading FMCG Company like Engro Foods.
