Involved in Stimuli -responsive/enzymatically triggered liposome synthesis based on trimethyl-lock quinone propionic acid derivatives. Synthesized and characterized functionally different quinone propionic acid-based head groups and studied their stimuli-responsive behavior from NMR based kinetic studies in different biological conditions. The best candidates were attached to commercially available lipid molecules followed by liposome synthesis. The final liposome opening, and drug release behavior was evaluated from NMR and Fluorescence based kinetic studies. Show less
