Con bagajes formativos y experiencias laborales muy diferentes, logramos complementarnos desde el 1er momento que nos conocimos. De mente abierta, espíritu colaborativo y trabajadora infatigable, Irene es una compañera de equipo indispensable. Y un soplo de aire fresco que hace siempre replantearse el statu quo. Conocí a Irene como participante de la Lanzadera Conecta Empleo León (mayo 2020-septiembre 2020). Desde el inicio, sus aportaciones al equipo demostraron su capacidad de liderazgo y su grandísimas competencias digitales. Pero su espíritu colaborativo y su generosidad es, quizá lo que más resalto de ella cara al trabajo en equipo. Ahora, que el programa ha finalizado, ha puesto en marcha un grupo de trabajo en el que seguimos creciendo y desarrollándonos profesionalmente.
