Die Projektarbeit trägt somit indirekt zu einer erhöhten Wahrnehmung der Wichtigkeit interkultureller Öffnungsprozesse in Organisationen, Verwaltungen und Kleingruppen bei, und hat als übergeordnetes Ziel die Erreichung von Wissensaustausch, Weiterbilung und Vielfaltsentwicklung.
