I was placed in Front Office division and Below Front Office division there are many sections such as Guest Service/Concierge, Front Desk, Bell desk, Club Lounge and Reservation. During my internship period for 6 months i've been rolled in all those sections. Responsibilities summary: • Guest Service attendant In this section my duties include escorting guest to the room, providing guest with hotel information, delivering guest amenities and message to their room. • Bell attendant The responsibilities in bell desk mainly is delivering guest luggage to the room but they also have another responsibilities to keep guest luggage who already check-out but they still want to have some activities before departing to the airport. • Grand club attendant In Grand club area, the main job is looking after VIP guest and also providing guest VIP check-in and continue by escort them to their room. Another responsibilities as grand club attendant is taking guest order during breakfast service and canapé service in the evening. At certain time I also preparing for the buffet canapé table set-up and become a bartender. • Reservation Reservation department in grand hyatt Bali is under marketing department that has a main job is to maintain every booking comes from Telephone, email and fax. In reservation, my duty is to input data of the guest who book the accommodation through email, fax, and telephone. • Front desk attendant Main responsibility in front desk is doing check-in and check-out process for the guests, preparing bill to the guest, ensure the guest have a great time when they were staying in the hotel, and also providing guest with all the information of the resort (such as map resort) when give them their room keys.
