I hereby recommend Irene Whilst working alongside Irene, she displayed great creative leadership. Our role was to primarily look at short term and long term strategy of business goals and operational services so that we can sustain the startup company. Once of the main projects we worked alongside was the setting up of the ecommerce platforms which entailed a great detail of research, project management and execution. Within 1 year we now have 4 sites that are successfully performing well across 4 different verticals reaching almost 1 million revenue. Furthermore, we were looking at internal policies and guidelines in managing data and accounts and successfully rolling out a training program which was administered across all sites; Netherlands, Ukraine and Philippines; I can highly recommend Irene for any position which requires creative leadership. Not only is she a hardworking and dedicated member of the team, she shows eloquence and professionalism in her work and a can-do attitude to get the ball rolling and projects successfully executed. She is a self-reflective candidate which gives her an added advantage of being able to tap into her skills and that of her team and bring them to the forefront for administration of tasks. Whilst working with Irene, not only have we pushed our boundaries and reached high targets we thought were unachievable, we also persisted when there was a high turnover of staff, and put in extra man power to make this startup company a successful thriving company it is today.
