  • Performed routine otoscopic examinations and case history for people of all ages • Administered complete audiological assessments on both adults and pediatrics and interpreted on test results, such as air and bone conduction, and speech reception and discrimination tests, to determine type and degree of hearing impairments. • Gained experience and proficiency in performing audiological assessments on infants who referred from Ontario newborn hearing screening program as administrating ABR • Determined the course of treatment and assessed treatment effectively with a wide variety of patients • Employed various test strategies including OAE, tympanometry, ABR and audiometric assessment to identify and monitor disorders of auditory system • Prescribed, selected, dispensed and evaluated multiple types of hearing instrument as well as other assistive devices that is appropriate for patients • Performed electroacoustic analysis of hearing instruments by using the Verifit and programmed using NOAH and applicable hearing instruments program • Referred patient to physician or ENT if medical treatment is determined necessary • Took ear impressions for purposes of making custom hearing aids and earmolds, and for custom hearing protection or water protection
