Tyla Campbell (she/her)

Irene was the individual who on-boarded me along with approximately 5 other people when I started at Zensurance. Her energy made this transition to a new company incredibly easy and she was so welcoming. I look at someone who is doing the on-boarding and is a facilitator as a teacher/professor. She’s simply a one of a kind teacher. Always took the time out to make sure everyone understood everything, and she is incredibly enthusiastic and knowledgeable. This was the first on-boarding experience where diversity and equity was discussed in a way where it was not just a checkmark off the list. Irene had us as a group have authentic uncomfortable conversations and talked about DEI in the workspace and the challenges that come along with it. She focused on how we can unlearn some of our bias’s. At the end of training I shared with the entire company how amazing she is. I’ll be very honest, she’s a huge reason why I’m still with this company because of this initial experience she provided. Irene, thank you. This work that you’re doing is something that you’re truly meant to do. Anyone who gets the chance to work with Irene, is extremely lucky.

Irene is a knowledgeable and engaging leader. She developed and the most comprehensive and inclusive on-boarding training I have ever been a part of. It's also worth noting, this was done 100% remotely! She does all this while being extremely approachable, and professional. She is a true asset to any company she's working for.
