The job holder will call on the support of other team members as required to deliver the required outputs to support any Global Category / Franchise / NPI driven project, and ensure that Pack Graphic Design Templates and design adaptations are fit for purpose as an input into the wider artwork and packaging supply chain process steps. The job holder acts as a key point of contact within artwork and packaging service delivery to provide guidance on brand requirements for their area of responsibility and to support the process to external supply artwork provider, external design agencies, Global Category / NPI team members and the wider industrialisation / NPI and production teams within the artwork and packaging supply chain.

Takes action to maintain service and performance when abnormal demand occurs, by effective communication and agreement of priorities and resource allocation with all interested parties. Balances priority demands of new product introductions, mandatory regulatory changes, product transfers and routine commercial or production driven change requests. • Monitors and reports performance measures on own area of work. • Responds promptly and effectively to exception messages and compliance warnings and ensures corrective actions are communicated and agreed with all interested parties. • Ensures delivery of pack change or new pack creation to agreed plan, co-ordinating multiple participants both within the company and in 3rd party suppliers. • Communicates regularly with Market & Site Pack Launch & Change Control on workload planning • Ensures that pack changes and new pack creations are properly prioritised through the artwork creation process • Monitors progress of artwork creation and ensures delays or issues are rectified or escalated to the appropriate level of management, and customers are kept informed of progress. • Co-ordinates with other staff in own Regional Service Centre or in other service centres to ensure effective use of resources.
