  In this summer internship, which started on 27/06/2022 and ended on 25/07/2022, I learned the fundamentals of measuring various materials, such as rotors (inner rotor and outer rotor) and gear pump, which are mostly used in the automotive industry (the company that I did my internship has a focus on automotive industry) with the measuring instruments such as calliper rule, micrometer gauge. I also learned how to operate CNC machines, applied some of the main CNC processes such as drilling, milling and grinding on the materials and determined whether the chamfering is in accordance with SPC by measuring the parts with contracer. This internship experience is my first internship experience, thus, for the first time I had a chance to see and experience a workplace and factory environment.
