Provide training and support to teachers and staff to demonstrate best practices of behavior management in classroom settings. Document, collect, maintain, and analyze behavioral data. Collaborate and participate in weekly behavioral and counseling meetings with the Special Education team. Communicate appropriately and develop rapport with parents and school staff. Provide strong leadership skills to the school in positive behavioral interventions and supports. Participate in professional development and learning activities and opportunities to further develop knowledge and skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the job.
