As part of the design and Innovation team, I have been involved with programmes designing and developing innovative solutions to improve the healthcare. Currently I am working on the National Patient Feedback Challenge, supporting 9 programme teams through spread of their methodologies for collecting and using patient feedback to improve services and patient experience. Managing contracts with external agencies to support development of case studies and films for all projects. Previously I have been involved in design and development of the Productive General Practice Programme. Working closely with general practice teams to streamline current processes achieving significant improvements. • Successfully completed an innovation cycle to scope the programme and provide recommendations • Facilitated the general practice teams to develop and test improvement solutions and evaluate the impact using tools such as Process Mapping, Observation, Thinking Differently and PDSA (Plan, Do, Study, Act) • Facilitated the design and development of the modules that provide a process for making improvements. Prior to this I project managed delivery of the Innovation Practitioner programme, supporting leaders in the NHS in building capability for Improvements through creativity and innovation. Show less
