My professional relationship with Ira has been one of the most rewarding of my career. She is uniquely committed to her development and has actively sought feedback and mentorship - and, more than most, integrates the resulting insights into her process and her work. Ira is a highly talented coordinator and any project we were involved in together benefitted from her genuine love for connecting people, combined with her ability to organize and keep track of the details. One of the most fun projects we worked on together was a creative approach to leadership development. She also has taken the lead on post-merger integrations. Managing BayWa's integration of Beacon Solar in 2022 was an especially challenging project in which her talents were honed. It has been a pleasure to see Ira step into more leadership roles recently.
