Developed an environmentally friendly gold mining and processing with the ReCYN Technology which can recycle 50% of the cyanide to be used in the gold leaching process and to recover precious metals such as gold, silver, and copper as byproduct for 50%+ recovery from the CIL tail. Has been working on 15 projects across Indonesia, Africa, Australia, Papua New Guinea, and Alaska. I am responsible for:• Performed surveys, sampling, and testworks at the gold mining and processing sites especially in the detoxification section of the Carbon In Leach (CIL) process.• Researched and performed experiments in the laboratory for ReCYN technology.• Analyzed data and reported the results of the testwork to become the basis data for the Feasibility Study (FS) of the project to be worked on.• Designed and analyzed the processing equipments and mass balance of the project through Process Data Calculation (PDC), Pictorial Flow Diagram (PFD), Proceess Flowsheet, P&ID, and Plant Lay Out.• Calculated and planned financial models and CAPEX for new mining site to be built.• Prepared the Feasibility Study documents as a requirement for establishing a mining business.Also worked on 5 mineral sand projects about diamond and heavy mineral sand such as alluvial gold, zircon, and Rare Earth Elements (REE) in Katingan & Landak (Kalimantan), and Lebong (Sumatera). Performed in manage, design, and determe the mining-exploration process, sampling method, sample handling, sample analysis in the laboratory, and making project reports as a team leader.

Asian Games is Asian's largest and second largest multi-sport event after the Olympic Games. The 18th Asian Games and commonly known as Jakarta - Palembang 2018, is a pan-Asian multi-sport event scheduled to be held from 18 August to 2 September 2018 in Indonesia. For the first time, the Asian Games are being co-hosted in two cities; the Indonesian capital of Jakarta (which is hosting the Games for the first time since 1962), and Palembang, the capital of South Sumatra province. Events will be held in and around the two cities, including sites in Jakarta's neighboring province (West Java).Supervised 37 volunteers and 20 medical teams on the Medical and Doping Departement consisting of doctors, physioteraphists, pharmacists, and nurses whom assigned to handle injured athletes during the Test Event of Asian Games 2018. Also assisted the President of the International Federation of Jiu-Jitsu, Mr. Panagiotis Theodoropoulos from Greece to organize 20 meeting schedules, 10 match judges, and 5 conferences during the Main Event of Asian Games 2018 in Jakarta.

Nuclear Mineral Researcher

Worked as a final project student who performed research on redioactive nuclear metal extraction (thorium, uranium, and rare earth elements) from mineral called "thorite" which taken from Mamuju City, West Sulawesi. The study entitled "Study of Thorium Extraction From Mamuju's Thorite Ore by Acid Digestion and Recovery of Thorium Hydroxide by Chemical Precipitation Method" with the result ~95% recovery of thorium precipitate.In the research, I performed:• Ore comminution using crusher and rod mill• Ore leaching by sulphuric acid on high temperature• Oxidation-precipitation hydroxide by hydrogen peroxyde and ammonium hydroxyde• Operate the characterization equipments: XRF, ICP-OES, UV-VIS Spectrophotometer, AASThe results of this study will be used as a reference of research and development where there will be mass-produced thorium hydroxide as raw material for the first nuclear power plant in Indonesia.

Worked as an internship metallurgical student.• Collected, processed, and analyzed data of mining-processing production in Metallurgy-Processing Departement using MetAccounting on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis due to uses as plant's Key Performance Index (KPI) to be discussed in managerial-scale meetings.• Operated 2 primary and 3 secondary crusher circuits, calibrated the crushers and belt conveyors, installed 30 thermocouples on 3 heap leach area, operated electrowinning plant.• Conducted daily laboratory testworks such as comminution, sizing, extraction, and analyzing using AAS on about combination of 100 samples from geological samples, testwork samples, heap leach samples, solvent-extraction, and electrowinning plant.• Managed the work administration such as created Job Safety Analysis (JSA), daily mailling, lettering, and archiving.• Performed a large project task on QA/QC (Quality Analysis and Quality Control) to determine the best time for crushed ore sampling which can be represents data in all plant sections from several crushers equipments with sampling methods.From around 1300 samples taken on 3 different crushers every 10 minutes for 3 days, it determined that the best sampling time that can represent the ore quality is 1 sample for every 1 hour.
