Royal Mail Group Account. My last project on this account was to successfully deliver the migration of the RMG Pensions system “Sirius” on to a new virtual platform. This was a very challenging first of type project requiring a willingness to take on new responsibilities involving infrastructure delivery management as well as application. During the 2 1/2 years on the RMG account I have also managed 2 other regulatory upgrades to the Pensions system as well as several other application changes delivered via SAP Quarterly releases

NHS Account.I worked as a Project Manager on the Birmingham Women’s Lorenzo early adopter deployment. This was one of the key NHS Trust sites that must be deployed by CSC to keep the Lorenzo program on track. The project went live at the beginning of November 2010. Following the Go Live I played a large role in establishing Birmingham Women’s as the most successful Lorenzo deployment to date and then focused on the critical task getting new builds into production to achieve DV and so helping the programme get to the RKM.

I was responsible new projects and support activities in EMEA for Supply Chain and Logistics. Reporting to the Portfolio Manager I had direct managerial responsibility for a team of 8 analysts located throughout the EMEA region. Some of the major project under taken by my team during this period included a global project called PFEP to introduce common material purchasing, handling, storage and reporting processes to all Delphi divisions. A third party logistics project looking at having a common transport network across all the Delphi EMEA divisions and plants. And numerous SAP rollouts to replace Legacy system and setting up logistical interface into SAP from several different warehouse systems. Some of these systems were Delphi managed and some were with 3rd Party Warehouse Service Providers. e.g CAT Logistics , Lufapak.
