  At present I am working with Dhaka Ahsania Mission (DAM), a National Level NGO which is enjoying the Consultative Status with the UN ECOSOC and has Operational Relations with UNESCO. I am Director of the Health Sector and WASH of DAM. My main responsibilities are to implement the health related projects, provide support to hospital management, staff capacity development, operate drug treatment and rehabilitation centres, and to ensure the quality of the health services since February 1998. Currently I am overseeing two Male & one Female Drug Treatment and Rehabilitation Center and I was Global Master Trainer of Colombo Plan UTC and Children curriculum for professionalizing substance use treatment practitioners through the GCCC training and credentialing programme.
