  Job Scope:•Assist in prepare production chemicals such as cleaning agent (acid/alkaline), coagulant, powder and make sure all chemicals within standards•Work closely with R&D department to monitor new formulation impact in mass scale•Planning and improve current system such as piping for more conducive and renovation chemical preparation area suitable with new project (automation-gravity)•Deal with supplier about purchasing stock chemicals, and instrument such as Aro pump, Angle Seat Valve, spare part, piping etc•Improvement task such as find new chemicals from supplier which can enhanced in terms of cost saving or quality and assist in mass trial run for new chemicals in production line•Troubleshooting and investigate any quality issue facing at production lines, and check the glove defect root cause whether caused by chemicals or machine•Prepared, write and share the report for new improvement project or mass trial run of new in house chemicals to all related PIC•Liased with QA regarding pertaining to the product quality issue•Involve and assist in BSCI and customer audit •Maintain good recording in SAP system for compounding planning order•Compounding/chemical preparation arrangement such as labelling risk area, enforce worker to wear PPE when handling chemical for BSCI auditImprovement Project:1.
