Mohsen Fyrozjaee

I had the opportunity to work with Iryna In 2019 and part of 2020 in Kazakhstan. I transferred all my responsibilities in building and completing 2020 Tengiz history match project to Iryna. She impressed me not only with her in-depth reservoir and simulation engineering knowledge but also with her skills in data analytics, data science, and Python programming. For example Iryna developed TIBCO Spotfire based dashboard extensions to link key field data streams to update Petrel reservoir models in real time. Her work removed tedious and error prone manual or fragmented pre and post processing steps. I highly recommend Iryna for senior positions in oil and gas industry or other industries seeking a well versed and driven engineer equipped with skills in data analytics

Iryna is one of the best mentors I've had at Chevron. When I first met Iryna, I had no reservoir simulation experience at all. Over a matter of months, Iryna patiently coached me thru building my first single well reservoir model & running several sensitivity cases. I actually ended up really enjoying reservoir simulation due to Iryna's mentoring! Iryna also has great data analytic skills. The Spotfire tools she made for our Appraisal team brought lots of value. I would highly recommend Iryna to any reservoir engineering/simulation role!
