I have joined Theodor Wille Intertrade Gmbh as Senior Buyer in 2007, promoted to Subcontracts Manager position within 6 months to support company's delayed construction projects in Iraq and promoted to Senior Procurement Manager position in early 2009 to manage the CENTCOM MRO Program (military supply contract for commercial products). Key Contributions: Responsible for MRO (Maintenance Repair Operations) purchasing team of 14 for the DLA TS (Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support) CENTCOM MRO contract which is designed to supply OEM materials into remote locations and war zones to include Iraq, Afghanistan, GCC, Horn of Africa and Middle East. Total annual procurement value exceeding $250M. Developed and trained a team of 14 procurement professionals (buyers, admins and managers) and initiated performance development and management at all levels within the team.
