My main responsibilities consisted in interacting with the clients and suggesting them the most suitable program that they should apply for, informing the clients on the risks that they take and preparing the list of documents that they needed to provide the company with. After that, within a specific time, I had to complete the feasibility study or business plan (depending on the total cost of the project and on the program). I had to evaluate each investment/company from all aspects: - financial indicators - management - market impact - clients - workforce - economic impact - environment impact The financial indicators had to provide evidence that the investment was worth the financial effort and it was my job to work with the client and find the best ways to reach the desired provisioned financial indicators, while maintaining profitability and not having a negative impact on the environment, on the market or on the company itself. I got to work in multiple departments of the bank and i found out how they interact, how each of them assure the profitability of the entire bank and by doing so, i better understood the banking system.
