Placement in the Screening, Profiling and Mechanistic Biology department. Developed cell-based fluorescence and high-throughput imaging assays using human iPSC-derived cardiomyocytes to detect cardiovascular toxicity in novel drug compounds. Created data visualisation dashboards to present complex validation datasets to stakeholders and senior management resulting in adoption of the assay into regular drug screening.
