Solution-Oriented, Cheerful and team-buddy are synonyms to Ioana Our curiosity led digging into the rabbit hole of Azure data factory for a customer which again led to a new ETL project out of nowhere. I would love to work again with Ioana and recommend her to any other project or team.

It is rare to come across someone with such a great talent for working with both functional and technical aspects of a solution. Ioana worked in my team as a software developer and with planning / management tasks. She was very productive in both areas immediately after joining the project. This is especially impressive as she did not have experience with the particular technology she worked with, and the business rules of the project were very complex. She has a great sense of humor, and was a pleasure to work with!

Project: Implementation of Solvency II using SAS Risk Management for Insurance for KLP, Norway’s biggest insurance companyMy main responsibilities were: - developing and digitizing processes,- SAS programming, - debugging, - testing, - calculating the risk and capital needs from the assets on the balance sheet in accordance with Solvency II, - producing and validating financial reports,- producing the documentation. Due to my background, I had great understanding of risk management, insurance and Solvency II. This turned out to be particularly useful during the testing phase, where I was able to verify the reliability of the reports from the SAS solution and update the calculators according to the particularities of the client’s assets on the balance sheet. I worked together with developers in SAS HQ to improve the software and have my solutions integrated in the final version of the software. The result was a product that both the client and SAS were very pleased with, and the client was able to meet the deadline for Solvency II compliance.Project: Implementation of Solvency II directive using a SAS software solution at Eika- SAS programming/development, - code editing and cleanup, - testing, - data validation, - creating documentation necessary to the end-users of the SAS reporting solution.Project: New print factory at NAV- performed cost analysis for the project. - held track of the progress in the development of applications.- implemented a real-time overview of the progress of the developers, which helped the project meet a very tight deadline. - reported to the project manager and the client's finance department leader.
