Happy to say that I am part of a great recruitment team, where we hire a large volume of people for our local teams :) - I operate end-to-end external recruitment processes (sourcing and screening the candidates, interviewing them, providing a constructive feedback, presenting the financial offer) - I manage the internal recruitment processes, together with the project manager - I hold online induction meetings to greet the newcomers - I conduct exit interviews - I participate in job fairs and other recruitment events - I manage the communication with some internal and external stakeholders - I have also recruited for the technical teams, for junior positions (Cloud Support, Infrastructure Engineer, SQL DBA, Network Engineer) - I have helped my new colleagues with additional information about our processes, sharing my experience with them and being available whenever they needed help - LinkedIn content creation is a skill that I am still working on - it is not necessarily a work responsibility, but I prefer keeping in touch with the interested candidates - To go an extra mile, I always try to focus on the aspects we can improve and discuss them with my team leader. Therefore, I have been involved in change processes, procedures updates I consider myself to be a people-oriented HR, I do my best to focus on people's needs and helping them whenever I am able to. Working for a French client, in the administrative department, helped me develop a new perspective on the HR procedures. I find it very useful to know different legislations and find new ways to organise the data, in order to have a complete, well done system. As an HR Assistant, it is important to be very attentive, detail-oriented, organised, prompt and firm, concerning the decisions made; I consider that I refined these skills and many more, due to my daily responsibilities.
