      Working for a French client, in the administrative department, helped me develop a new perspective on the HR procedures. I find it very useful to know different legislations and find new ways to organise the data, in order to have a complete, well done system. As an HR Assistant, it is important to be very attentive, detail-oriented, organised, prompt and firm, concerning the decisions made; I consider that I refined these skills and many more, due to my daily responsibilities.
