  Raya project included design ,execution and coordination of next task : building , government power , generator power , auxiliaries , Reverse osmosis systems , blowing/packaging line .In this project I coordinate:1.- Power Government team for execution of medium voltage transformers / power line / change over panels . 2.- Building execution with minimum cost and in accordance with the rest of requirements for heavy machineries , weather conditions , materials available on site to reduce the cost and to synchronize with the rest of activities ;Iraqi construction company 3.-Generator power – the main task was to utilize to maximum the cost by using the materials form site . The cost was cut by rebuild the outgoing panels , using the existing circuit breakers available generators and existing cables ;Authorized Cummins Iraqi company .4.-Auxiliaries – included a.– lighting – design of low power consumption lights (LED ) b. – HVAC – overhaul the existing HVAC , positioning the HVAC in concordance with rest of machineries , coordinate the ducting with Iraqi Company ;c.- Low and high air pressure station – to reduce the project cost , I used the compressors existing from old lines , with overhaul of compressors , dryers , air tanks , and recalculate the air pressure & flow required by line manufacturer .d.- Reverse Osmosis systems – I redesigned the RO systems , to work as master/slave without to change the software only modify the pipes connections , all in accordance with water flow required by new line . 5.- Blowing/packaging line – coordinate with Sacmi project manager all details :a. Time execution ;b.all necessary documents and data ;c.all raw materials to check the line at right time and with low costs ;d. work synchronization with site situation ;e. all travel/visa documents for Italian tech ;• Monitoring the subcontractors to ensure guidelines are maintained ;• Overseeing the accounting, costing and billing .
