  Being in ILSAS Consulting Group, there are many things that I have learned. I have picked up project management skills such as:• understand engagement with clients to reach objectives• work effectively in a team• learn how to improve my communication skills with clients and teammates• understand how to work in a professional organization. • understand the structure of TNB’s organization• learn how to create a business report (Situation, Complication, Implication… Being in ILSAS Consulting Group, there are many things that I have learned. I have picked up project management skills such as:• understand engagement with clients to reach objectives• work effectively in a team• learn how to improve my communication skills with clients and teammates• understand how to work in a professional organization. • understand the structure of TNB’s organization• learn how to create a business report (Situation, Complication, Implication, Position, Action Plan, Benefits)TNB is set about on the replacement of the SCADA Master System (MASREP) and implementation of the Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS). The MASREP ADMS project is a strategic initiative to replace the ageing SCADA master system, which is used by Distribution System Operator (DSO) to manage TNB distribution network since 2008. By doing the survey, people readiness is measured based on their awareness of the change, desire for change, knowledge about the change, ability to perform the change and reinforcement in place to sustain the change. Change management needs to ensure people readiness is aligned to project stages. I managed to analyse data by doing graph for every business subunit and categorize them to area of concerns and sub-concern and the same for suggestions.
