Bio
Michel Arditti
I have worked with Insaf Wanas for over 10 years on different Architecture and Urban Development projects. Insaf dedicated her time on achieving SDG’s, working on the design, the completion and the implementation of integrated strategic plans. During this time, Insaf took over highly challenging projects, managing international teams and bringing balance and cohesion in critical environments, taking great care of every aspect of the projects, from public speaking, presentations to leadership and working on difficult and complex designs with planning issues to solve and report on, brightening our thoughts and encouraging the team to set ambitious objectives and deliver on time. Insaf is a great leader, she demonstrated great resilience and personal attention, thinking from different angles, leading the teams in complex projects, and continuously sourcing interesting new opportunities.
Heba Attia Mousa
I worked with Insaf on one of my most memorable and inspirational work experiences. She is a natural leader, approaching her work in an inclusive manner, and always building/ supporting communities around her work. I was especially inspired by her openness to explore new territories of work, spotting the need for intervention, and supporting collective and bottom-up problem-solving processes.
