Inna was a freelance researcher at several projects conducted by Antal Russia. She was assisting us with our flagship initiative "Job Market Overview and Salary Survey". Inna joined the project 2 year ago. She managed to improve it dramatically by revising the questionnaire and adding value to the analysis. Many of our clients gave us the feedback that it had become much more interesting and useful. This year Inna was also involved in another survey based on clients' interviews. Inna created the scenario for the interviews and made an analysis. The results were presented at an event, positively received by the clients and ensured us good level of media coverage. During our joint work Inna proved to be a great professional who is willing to contribute all her efforts to a project delivery. She always provided all tasks within deadlines and was ready to do extra work if needed. I am extremely satisfied with our cooperation and hope that Inna will help us with further projects as well.
