  Shift from operations role to technical role was performed seamless due to knowledge of client's work flow and objectives from prior position. Drilling product engineer has full responsibility for job planning, execution, remote technical support and capturing lessons learned for continues improvement. Main focus on the service quality and optimization. Technical involvement in industry leading and most innovative projects in the geomarket and Word Wide.   Product and Service delivery to the client for the entire duration of the project life (drilling & work over operations) - from job planning & forecasting to job execution & billing. Utilized multitude of business system (interconnected and not) throughout full cycle of job planning and record keeping. Assignment evolved from working with all corresponding Alaska clients and major GOM clients to taking over responsibility for product and service delivery in Canada market with consistent responsibility for key contracts in the Gulf of Mexico. Supporting major industry leading operations across North America offshore market came with the front row involvement into industry changing approaches from planning to billing for the projects.

• Field Engineer II (Deepwater)

  Planning and support of drilling operations on North Slope and Offshore Trinidad and Tobago. Adjustment and improvement of remote operations planning. Completed Level 3 school with concentration in drill bits design and performance up to & including Advanced level classes. Completed project in drill string stabilization for ERW application and performed field test of new stabilizer design for Alaska client. Section performance on the test well have exceeded all prior experiences in the field. Success have been contributed to the list of factors that have helped to improve drilling dynamics. Lessons learned have been applied to the remaining campaigns in the field going forward.
