Within 1 year the following strategic and operational objectives were fulfilled: - roadmap for Sales Support Center development for the next 2 years, - SLA's, KPI's and main workload metrics defined and approved.As Head of Sales support Center was also managing change-management projects: -switching to Global Service Provider in terms of end-to-end processes and continuous - digitalization of the Metinvest Group - SAP launching at Metinvest Shipping entity for Logistics function;- automatisation and RPA decisions for documentary function. Documentary team of Metinvest Holding (15 people) was responsible for Export documents for all types of steel products export sales (300+ contracts per month, 10000+ documents per month).Implemented first successful case of remote work and team management (15 people in 2 locations) in Metinvest Group since 2017, which resulted in prominent work during SAP introduction for Metinvest International in 2018-2020, and sustainable work especially during and after COVID situation in 2020. The biggest project fulfilled during the period is Documentary function automatization and digitalization within Global Sales function Transformation, including Implementation of SAP CRM for Metinvest International - Swiss based Trading company, which was selling 70% of 15 mln production of iron ore and steel products of the Metinvest Group. I had worked with largest pipe-producers, steel service centers, shipyards in the above-mentioned regions: Yucel Boru, Noksel, Borusan Mannessmann, Boycelik, Kayseri Metal Center, Sedef Gemi, Agir Haddecelik, Uttam Galva, Tezcan, Borcelik, Universal Pipes and KHK Scaffolding and many others.My biggest achievement were:• increased the deliveries of CR materials to turkish market 5 times in 2014. • 10+ new regular Customers in Turkish market for Hot rolled plates within 2014-2017.• 10+ successful deliveries of the new products to the new clients followed with the profitable deals for Metinvest Holding.
