Preventive conservation and direct treatment on the pieces of Museum´s collection.Main projects: • Complete conserving treatment by using electrolysis in the chloride extraction phase carried out on underwater origin bronze cannons and simultaneous extraction of chloride ions by electrolysis on 17 underwater origin iron cannons and two bullets. • Direct treatment of cleaning of the inside the bores of several underwater origin shell guns (cannons), for the Andalusian Centre of Underwater Archaeology (CAS) of the Andalusian Institute of Historical Heritage (IAPH), Spain. • Direct treatment of Spanish School-ship Juan Sebastian Elcano first figurehead, sited in Maritime Museum in San Fernando, Cádiz. Spain. • Preventive conservation and direct treatment carried out on “Casa Pinillos”, on “Los Lila" Palace`s front-door, and "Carcel Real"; Heritage Buildings sited in Andalusia, Spain. (Major problems due to the presence of chlorides and constant changes in temperature and RH). Show less
