      Responsible for managing EMEA HR HelpDeskThe HR HelpDesk was outsourced after the merger with Freescale with a set up in 3 regions (EMEA, APAC & AMR). Overall there were 18 agents working with 4 in the EMEA team plus the EMEA Team Lead. I managed the team to perform within deadlines and goals of the HR calendar while also meeting quality control requirements and sustaining high customer satisfaction. With my broad and extensive knowledge and experience on topics like Workday (more in depth Organizational Management, Security, Business Processes, Mass uploads, Reporting & Performance Mngmnt), Interfaces, global HR Intranet and SharePoint, HR colleagues globally and the global HR HelpDesk team knew where to find me.- Conducted assessments globally for new agents and the (Regional) Team lead of HR HelpDesk - Reviewed monthly chats (English, French and German) for EMEA and for about a year for AMR. Led the team to perform above standard in quality assurance with scores of 98% and above, metric to meet was 5% or less error rate. - Handled (and resolved) escalations by investigating the root cause, coaching the respective Agent, training the global HR HelpDesk and ensuring this was added to SOP’s and FAQ’s. - Evaluated agent performance on a monthly base by reviewing the chats and based on escalations. - Collaborated closely with Subject Matter Experts and HR on all levels from NXP and with global HR HelpDeskWorkday OM and Security related transactional requests were handled by me on a global level before being transferred to the HR HelpDesk EMEA July 2017. I set up the training plan, conducted training and assessments on location and successfully transitioned this to the HR HelpDesk EMEA with 99% quality assurance from the start.
