Ingrid is a very creative and capable supervisor. As a program manager, she is always exceptionally intuitive at implementing behavior programs and finding new ways to support both clients and staff, especially during moments of crisis. In addition, every morning Ingrid comes in to Tierra del Sol, she has a terrific smile on her face and gives both clients and staff a positive energy, even on the seemingly worst of days.

I found Ingrid Mares, to be very creative at putting together training programs as well as being exceptionally collaborative. The quality of her work and programs she created were outstanding. While working with Ingrid at Tierra Del Sol Foundation, I found her to be a great person and mentor for me. It was an honor to have work with her.
