I have worked with Ingrid at Arapahoe Douglas Mental Health. I admire that she has the willingness, drive, and motivation to jump into any role that is needed to keep the unit safe and meet patients' or co-workers' needs. She is calm in crisis situations, self-directed, leads by example, and is someone that I feel I can turn to in any situation. Her integrity as a co-worker and her patient-centered approach make her an excellent role model.

Diane K. Cozadd, MSW

I've know Ingrid both professionally and personally for two years and she is a very responsible, polite, professional person who takes her job very seriously. While at Arapahoe Douglas Mental Health, she was a valuable employee because of her quick learning style and by proving she was a team player. She also was respectful to her coworkers, supervisors, and patients that she worked with.
