  Can we truly prevent falls? Yes! In most cases I’ve worked with, falls could have been prevented. You have more control than you think! Our classes will teach you methods on how to prepare for the aging process by decreasing your risk so you can preserve your body. After giving this class, I usually get the response, "Why didn't anyone teach me this before?"​ Looking at the statistics, 1 in 3 Americans over 65 fall every year! This is because we as a society are aging incorrectly and I am here to teach you a better way. Our Mission is to empower the aging population with knowledge and tools on how to modify their routine in order to preserve their bodies, decrease their risk of a fall and ultimately prolong their life.
