Blue Cay Estate and Emerald Estate are the first Windward projects launched in 2016 and 17. Since 2019, Windward has been executing sales and construction of its South Bank project in Long Bay, Providenciales (www.livesouthbank.com). The most recent project launched is Niva (www.niva6.com), an exclusive six villas enclave on Turtle Tail, Providenciales designed by Strom Architects. We expect to build on our portfolio further in the future.
