Ingólfur Örn is one of the most creative out of the box leaders and thinkers I have ever met. We worked together during my years at Marel although he would flourish in a number of different environments or industries. He is a people's leader and extremely good at spotting strengths and through his positive approach help people apply them to become the best version of themselves. He always seems to be in the flow, he is forward thinking, innovative, has a good eye for design and he has the unique ability to see perspectives or dimensions that others do not see. His ever quest for excellence is inspiring. Through his work with his marketing team, he built a strong foundation upon which the Marel brand today stands on. He was also a huge player in creating a unique work environment and culture for the Marel team across the globe through various housing projects and other initiatives.
