  Frankfurt Energy Holding (FEH) is a family owned independent power producer that develops, funds and operates photovoltaic power plants. The group has currently more than 200 million Euros in assets under management. In addition, the company is exploring investments in related areas such as energy storage. At FEH I am covering all aspects of Finance and Treasury, including structuring project and corporate loans, joint ventures and cooperations as well as Trade Finance, such as letter of credits and (reverse) factoring. In addition, I am responsible for the accounting department. Accordingly, developing of reporting and controlling instruments for investors and banks as well as short and long-term corporate planning tools for the group and its subsidiaries. Moreover, responsibility include negotiation and execution of power purchase agreements (PPAs) for our solar plants that are eligible for selling power to third parties instead of enjoying a feed-in-tariff.
