As the Head of Premises at the Entebbe Support Base (ESB), I am responsible for the management of all activities at the ESB, foremost to MONUSCO as well as to all our tenants here; RSCE, OIOS, RPSS, UNISFA, UNMISS, UNFCU, ABSA bank, Ombudsperson, OSLA. I lead a team of 160 highly motivated staff here and the total population supported at the ESB is approximately 1,200. I am in that capacity the interlocutor with the Uganda Government, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in particular. As Head of Premises, I also serve on the Area Security Management Team. As Chief, Centralized Warehouse Section in MONUSCO, I am responsible for all warehouse related activities in the Democratic Republic of Congo and Uganda, supported by a team of 160 hardworking, dedicated and skilled staff.
