  As NMQ Digital Country Manager of the Netherlands I am responsible for exemplary leadership, coaching, direction to and supervision of the Dutch team, office and entities through a range of day to day operations management, finance, sales and people related activities. The role also makes me a member of NMQ Digital Senior Management Team, working together with other senior executives to develop global and local corporate strategies to strengthen our leading role towards the future. The role furthermore entails being a day-to-day escalation point for services delivered by augmented resources, and all sorts os people related issues. All in all, a very dynamic and divers daily opportunity to give the best of me to a fast growing company, specialised in all sorts of online marketing. NMQ Digital is a Dutch company with entities in Amsterdam, Istanbul, Lisbon, Kuala Lumpur and Portland (Oregon, USA) and a global provider of digital marketing execution services. This means that we focus on streamlining, optimising and executing operational processes behind our customers’ global digital (marketing) activities. Based on this experience, NMQ is also able to consult on online marketing strategy. I am a truly passionate and dedicated team member, always going the extra mile to help people, the customer and the organisation excel. Within NMQ Digital, I find very similar people, making it a wonderful company to work for. Furthermore, I am always looking for opportunities to get better and to expand activities and skills. NMQ Digital provides me this opportunity. In private, I am a big fan of permaculture in all aspects of life. In my spare time I can often be found outside, making my garden more bird friendly and edible in a sustanaible way and permanent way, or walking my two dogs. Furthermore, I support circulair and organic businesses in any way I can, and I like to read literature, with a special warm place in my heart for the Russion literature. Show less
